Prove your income β without a single paystub.
Gig drivers, freelancers, and resellers don't get paystubs. Upload your DoorDash, Uber, Stripe, or PayPal exports (and bank deposits) and get a clean, printable self-reported income statement + 12-month trend that landlords, lenders, and digital-nomad visa offices actually accept.

Two jobs, one packet
π Apartments & loans
Most applications want "proof of income." With 1099 work that means manually stitching together payout summaries and bank statements. This builds the income statement + monthly-deposit summary for you, in the format underwriters expect β including a conservative lowest-3-month figure.
π Digital-nomad visas
Nomad visas have hard monthly income floors β from ~$750/mo (Colombia) to ~$6,667/mo (Thailand). The packet compares your documented average against the published floor for 12 countries β as a factual comparison, never an eligibility claim.
How it works
- Upload / paste your payout CSVs (Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, Stripe, PayPal, Upworkβ¦) and bank-deposit CSVs.
- We aggregate β every month total, the 12-month trend, source breakdown, and averages are computed in code. No number is ever invented.
- You get a printable PDF income statement with a written cover summary, ready to attach to your application.
Why it's trustworthy (and why that matters)
- Math in code, not in an AI. A language model writes only the cover paragraph; it is forbidden from introducing any figure not in your data.
- Self-reported, clearly labeled. Every page says so. We never imply your income is third-party verified.
- Honest flags. Months with no income show as $0 (not skipped). Duplicate uploads and unparseable rows are flagged, not hidden.
- You keep the originals. This summarizes your 1099s and statements; it doesn't replace them.
